Image copy: Worse than drug abuse because it’s legal. Excessive mobile usage is more bad than good; it has at least taught us that. In real life there’s no dislike button. But on social media, when we don’t get a like it feels like an automatic dislike. So Switch Off your phone. Say no to excessive or negative thoughts, diversions, adrenaline overdose, stress and depression. Counter withdrawal symptoms by doing something that thrills you. Invite friends, party, dance, shop, read or write. Choose what’s right for you and take an antidote against mobile phone’s slow poisoning.

Let’s Spread a Million Laughs

Image copy: Share a joke - Create a million laughs from one! J   “The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed.” Our daily life has become so busy we don’t have time to enjoy and laugh. In order to change that I’ve joined several groups and pages of jokes and funny videos, so something that makes me laugh always pops up on my phone’s news feed. I enjoy multiple times of the day. What’s more, I share it so that everyone else is laughing healthy too. I’ve pasted a joke at the back of my phone, so at times when I can’t really pay attention other people around me end up laughing.:)

How to be happy today

Image copy: In our pursuit for bigger things in life we are missing out on small moments of happiness. In reality, we are the ones who choose what makes us happy. For instance, many of us will be happy when we own a Lamborghini, become famous like Madonna or create a website like Mark Zuckerberg. But these are all long term goals which we might never achieve. Instead, let’s choose to be happy today, or from now! It’s that easy and totally free! The happy moments are there, we only fail to notice them. When you are with a dear friend, or a loved one, take a moment and feel the joy when you are with them. While eating a meal with a colleague, revel in the delight of being with someone, share a laugh . Notice the weather, the soft breeze and the rain. Enjoy it . Observe the sunset, it will make you feel harmonious and connected with the world. Be kind, when it doesn’t burden you, and feel that you helped make the world a better place. You’ll be happier person today, and the happies...

Image copy: Humor is contagious – watch out or it might just make you laugh. :p When I was seriously heartbroken a friend of mine said “Well, on the upside, we now know how we will dress up on Halloween” All of my makeup had melted and we ended laughing. To encounter my stage fright she advised, “Imagine the audience is sitting in under pants.” And my fright would vanish instantly and I’d smile to myself. Humor can remedy all bad emotions, fright, depression, stress, anger, sadness and boredom. And it can be found in all circumstances, try it yourself.
